Frases para cada momento

Preguntas de coaching

  • What's your gut telling you?
  • What would success look like here?
  • What's stopping you from trying that?

Consejos de mentoring

  • Based on my experience, I'd suggest...
  • One thing that helped me was...
  • A mistake I made early on was...

Pasar de uno al otro

  • Do you want my honest take, or do you want to think it through first?
  • Can I share an idea, or would you rather work through this yourself?

Dar espacio para pensar

  • Take a moment, there's no rush.
  • What's your first instinct?
  • I'll let you sit with that.

Cerrar una sesión

  • What's one thing you'll try this week?
  • Let's check in on this next time.
  • What support do you need from me?

Preguntas

Preguntá primero: do you want my honest take, or do you want to think it through first?
