Cómo usarlos en el trabajo

  • Actually no significa actualmente. Usá currently para el estado actual: we're currently looking into this.
  • Atender se traduce muchas veces palabra por palabra como attend, que suena raro en atención al cliente. Help o assist suelen quedar mejor: how can I help you today?
  • Las respuestas de soporte en inglés suelen reconocer el problema antes de explicar la política: I understand how frustrating that is, y después la explicación, no la regla primero.
